Terms of Service

Welcome to blasa.shop (“blasa”, “we”, “us”). blasa turns a public Google Maps business listing into a hosted website. By using blasa you agree to these terms.

1. The service

You paste a Google Maps link of a business; we generate and host a website for it at a blasa.shop subdomain (or, on Pro, your own domain). Content is derived from the listing's public information — reviews, photos, business details. Generated sites are created automatically; we don't guarantee any particular content, ranking, or result.

2. Your account

You can build a site before creating an account. To manage a site (analytics, settings, deletion) you create an account with your email. One website per account, on both Free and Pro. You're responsible for activity under your account and for only creating sites for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. We may remove sites or suspend accounts that misrepresent a business, infringe rights, or abuse the service.

3. Free plan and Pro

Free sites include a small “Made with blasa” badge and one labelled ad slot. Pro removes both. Pro is billed via Stripe (a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase) and a subscription can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal; on cancellation your site stays live and the free levers return. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

4. Content and ownership

The business information, reviews, and photos belong to their respective owners; they are sourced from the public Google Maps listing you provide. You keep all rights you have in your business content. You grant us the right to host, display, process, and adapt it as needed to run the service (generating, hosting, and serving your website). We may showcase published sites (name + link) as examples.

5. Acceptable use

No spam sites, impersonation of businesses you don't represent, scraping abuse, unlawful content, or attempts to circumvent rate limits and security. We enforce technical limits (request caps) to protect the service.

6. Deletion and termination

You can delete your website at any time from the dashboard; that removes the site, its data, and its hosted images. We may terminate or suspend service for breach of these terms. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, in which case active paid periods are refunded pro-rata.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use blasa after changes take effect means you accept them.
