Add a Booking Form, WhatsApp Button and FAQ to Your Business Website
A visitor decides in seconds. Three small blocks help most local businesses get the enquiry: a form for people who want to ask, a WhatsApp button for people who want to chat and an FAQ for people who want to check first.
Pick the main action first
Is your best result a phone call, a booking, an order or a visit? Make that the first button. The blocks below support it. A restaurant might lead with Order, a salon with a booking form, a repair shop with Call.
The form block: for people who want to ask
Not everyone wants to phone. A short form catches the people who would otherwise leave. Keep it to what you need to reply: name, phone or email, the date if relevant and a message. Each extra field loses some people. Add it in Studio as a Form block.
If your form collects personal data, make sure your site has a privacy notice; the checklist covers it.
The WhatsApp block: for people who want to chat
In many countries WhatsApp is how customers talk to local businesses. A tile with your number opens a chat in one tap, with no form and no waiting for email. Add the WhatsApp tile and check the number includes the country code.
The FAQ block: for people who want to check first
Visitors often leave because one small question is unanswered. Write the five or six your customers really ask. If you are not sure what they are, your Google reviews will tell you. Short, plain answers work best.
Let the receptionist handle the rest
Pair these blocks with your AI receptionist: the form takes enquiries, the chat answers questions at any hour and you read both in your dashboard.
Publish and test on your phone
Press publish, open your site on a phone and send yourself a test enquiry. Tap each button once. If anything is awkward for you, it is awkward for customers.
Questions people actually ask
How do I add a booking or enquiry form to my business website?
In blasa Studio (Pro), add a Form block, choose the fields you need such as name, phone, date and message, and publish. You can add up to three forms, each with up to ten fields.
How do I add a WhatsApp button?
Add the WhatsApp tile in Studio and enter your number. Visitors on a phone tap it and a WhatsApp chat with you opens.
What should go in a small business FAQ?
The practical questions customers actually ask: opening hours, booking, parking, payment methods, delivery, allergies or requirements, and cancellations. Your Google reviews are a good source of the real questions.
Is an FAQ good for search engines?
A clear FAQ gives search engines and AI assistants direct, readable answers about your business. Write short, honest answers in plain words, and keep them in step with your Google listing.
How many buttons should I have?
One main action first, then one or two others. Too many options slow people down. Choose the one thing you most want a visitor to do and put it at the top.
